Florida recorded 18,379 closed sales of single-family homes in February, up 3.9% year-over-year, and 7,060 condo-townhouse sales, up 8.6%. Pending sales rose 4% for single-family homes and 9.1% for condos. Median prices slightly declined to $412,000 for single-family homes and $309,000 for condos. Inventory stood at 4.8 months for single-family and 9.3 months for condos. New listings dropped compared to January and last year but remain near historical norms.
