As someone who's spent a decade helping buyers and sellers navigate Florida's real estate landscape, it’s always fascinating to watch how our market shifts month by month. July marked the 11th consecutive month of rising home sales across Florida: single-family sales climbed by 5.1%, while condo and townhouse sales surged 11%. Panama City led the way for single-family homes with a 23% jump, and The Villages saw an impressive 145.8% increase in condo and townhouse sales. Longtime residents and newcomers alike are clearly staying active in the market, and as a Hernando County local, I’m always tuned in to how these trends play out in our own neighborhoods.
